Quick Step by Step guide
Step 1: Add flour, salt and ground turmeric into a large bowl. Add egg and water then mix well.
Step 2: Strain the batter to remove lumps.
Step 3: Brush a little oil onto a nonstick pan on medium heat.
Step 4: Pour a batter into the Roti Jala bottle.
Step 5: Move the bottle in a circular motion over the pan to form a lacy pattern.
Step 6: Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Slide crepe out of pan onto a plate.
Step 7: Cool down crepe then fold in both sides and roll to form a neat package.
