Quick Step by Step guide
Step 1: Add to garlic, ginger, shallots, dried chilli, and 2 cups of water into blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Add oil to heated pan. Then add Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cardamom and Curry leaves. Stir until fragrant.
Step 3: Add blended spice paste and mix well.
Step 4: Once simmering add Turmeric powder, curry powder then stir.
Step 5: Add Coconut Milk and mix well.
Step 6: Add Lamb and 1 cup of water. Stir well.
Step 7: Add Salt, Sugar, and ground Coriander mix and leave for 50 mins.
Step 8: Add potato and Coriander leaves. Let cook for another 10 mins.
