Quick Step by Step guide
Step 1: Add all ingredients for spice paste. Add 1 cup of water and blend until fine.
Step 2: Add in 200 ml oil to heated cooking pot.
Step 3: Add blended spice paste and stir until simmering.
Step 4: Add in chilli paste and coconut milk then mix.
Step 5: Add in the beef and 2 cups of water.
Step 6: Add in salt, palm sugar, pounded lemongrass and turmeric leaf. Stir to mix and simmer for 15 mins.
Step 7: Add Coconut Paste and mix.
Step 8: Cover pot and let cook for 2 hours on low heat. Stir occasionally.
